Seriously, enough with the camera

Eating-Jojo has been introduced to many new things.  He has eaten everything like he has been doing it forever.  He is having 2 8 oz bottles a day plus 3 6oz bottles.  He gets cereal at lunch along with a solid, a solid at dinner time and ceral before bed.  We are testing the sippy cups out too.  He is most intersted in my cup from McDonalds.

I love peas!

Movement- He is everywhere.  Jojo does his version of crawling which looks like more of "the worm" than anything else.  He has crawled the regular way a few steps but is much quicker doing it his way.

Jojo the Explorer

Words/sounds- Dada.  That's all we hear.  But it's still awesome to hear.  He also babbles alot.

Loves- peek-a-boo, being outside, being on the floor, exploring, eating,playing with his binky and playing with magazines (not sure why we buy toys)

What's up Moma?

Hates- getting his diaper changed.  He has more important things to do.  When you feed him to slow. 

Jojo is still a great joy.  I am so blessed to have him in my life.  I'm not really sure what my life was all about til I had him.  We made it almost 7 months without an illness.  Jojo had a viral infection for a couple days.  His fever lasted only 24 hours.  Thanks goodness it was too bad.  Jojo is a tough little guy.

6 months!

Height and weight- approximately 28" and 18-20 lbs (will update official stats after next weeks appt)

Clothes- currently wearing 3-6 and some 6 month

Eating-big boy is now taking 6 oz bottles about every 4 hours and is having cereal twice a day.  We will be starting fruits and veggies after our appointment next week. 

Movement- can sit on his own, rolls and rolls and rolls, showing signs of crawling in the near future. Loves to play with his binker.  He like to put in and out of his mouth

Sleeping- finally sleeping through the night.  YAY! 

Words/sounds- babbles alot. We swear he has said "dada" and "momma".  His favorite thing to say is "ba"

Loves- rolling around, looking at himself in the mirror, peek a boo, being outside, being on the floor to explore.

Hates- getting waiting til you get him out of the car seat.  Overall, Jojo is a pleasant and happy baby.  We are truly blessed.

In the last month Jojo has really grown and changed in many ways.  He is more vocal and loves to laugh.  His smile will melt your heart.  In the last couple days he is actually really trying to crawl.  I think he may have it mastered by the weekend :)

Cereal Time

Although I was terrified to start Jojo on cereal, it went off without a hitch. I couldn't give it to him fast enough. I had visions of the biggest messiest experience ever, him hating it and us both being frustrated and aggravated. So not the case. He loves it. Jojo is currently getting cereal twice a day. I am thinking of introducing oatmeal in the next couple days and then a fruit. If anyone has a suggestion of which fruit and veggie to start I would appreciate it.

The weather was perfect.  Jojo cooperated so well.  Moriah got a bunch of good shots that day.  Here are a few of my favorites. 

Jojo's first haircut

To manys disbelief and disappointment I took Jojo to get his first hair cut.  All I can say is my little guy is amazing.  He sat pretty still and didn't fuss at all.  Miss Lesa did an awesome as always.  So glad she is back to work and cancer free!  Jojo looks like a completely different little man.  Here are a few shots from the day.

Happy Birthday John!

Sorry buddy.  Gigi is only a little late.  We had a small party at grans house for John.  It was a beautiful day and they kids had fun playing outside and going on a nautre hike.  We had pizza and cake.  It's hard to believe John is 8 years old.  He is a very creative little person.  He love to draw and read about animals.  Here are a few pics fomr his birthday party.  Love you John.

Sunday funday at the park

On Sunday after lunch we went to the park.  It was a beautiful day.  This was the first time I was able to take Jojo.  We had a lot of fun.  It was a short trip because it was unplanned.  But I got a few good shot of Jojo and the rest of the munchkins.  Looking forward to going back when we can stay longer.  Enjoy the pictures.
